Pyramid Hill Neighbourhood House has a dedicated room to privately use the Centrelink Access Point.

• Get assistance to set up and access digital services
• Make enquiries and get assistance, guidance or a referral
• ​​Call us using the telephone provided
• ​Access reply paid envelopes
• ​Have confirmation of identity documents copied and verified

• Use internet enabled computers and printers
• Get information products, forms and brochures
• Use the phone claiming service
• Use fax and photocopy facilities
• ​Fax claim forms and documents
• Free Wifi hot spot
  
• Free phone calls to select department numbers
  

Staff at Access Points are not departmental staff and cannot:

• make any payments or decisions about payments
• review, assess or vary payments
• issue Electronic Benefit Transfers and cards
