We have a number of programs available to assist customers manage bill payments. This includes assisting customers access concessions, government grants and assistance programs. We work closing with customers on a case by case basis to match the customer with the appropriate programs. Customers can access this service by calling 1300 363 200.
Faults, Leaks & Service Interruptions
We encourage customers to call us when they notice any odours coming from the sewer mains or notice any other problem with services. When customers call they will be asked a series to questions that will help us to investigate the cause as we rely on the community informing us of issues they are experiencing.
